The bathroom is the highest maintenance room in the home.

It usually requires daily cleaning of some nature and is likely to need regular redecorating as a result of deterioration due to the effect of moisture. Fortunate is the family that can claim never to have experienced mould or mildew in their bathroom.

The problem is most noticeable during the cooler winter months when the temperature differences between outside and inside are greater and windows are kept shut to retain heat.

There is no need to open windows, run heaters and extraction fans or have heated mirrors. Adjacent rooms and wardrobes do not become damp. There is not even mist on the mirror.

The Showerdome has no moving parts to wear out, costs nothing to run, is unobtrusive, is relatively inexpensive to buy and lasts indefinitely. The shower water temperature can be turned down and, as windows and extractors are not causing warmth to escape, considerable savings in electricity can be gained.
